How long will it take to complete my roof job?

Once our agreement is signed and a shingle is chosen, we usually can start the work in 10 business days. The roofing job itself usually takes 1-3 days depending on the size and complexity of your roof.

Do you have a wide variety of shingle colors to choose from?

Absolultely. We are a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning and offer any and all of their products. To see all the colors and products we have to offer CLICK HERE. Your home owner's association may limit your choices so we will need to confirm before starting your project.

Which should I call first... a roofing company or my insurance company?

You should call us first. As a roofing contractor, we can give an accurate, objective assessment that isn't impacted by your current insurance plan. We can then provide you with a full report of our assessment that you can then provide to your insurance adjuster. Reviewing your claim allows us to help you get your money from insurance. We want you to get paid what you deserve. Allowing us access to your insurance claim gives us the ability to submit a final invoice that matches the claim and get your money to you more quickly.

Do you require a deposit to start work?

No money is collected until your materials are ordered and roof is scheduled. We then ask for the amount of your insurance deductible, since 90% of our jobs are insurance work. Deductibles vary but are usually 15%-20% of the total job amount.

Do you do free inspections?

Yes, we are happy to take a look and give you an honest assessment of your roof. We do minor roof repairs and roof maintenance work as well.

How do I know it's time to consider a new roof?

Your roofing materials typically will last decades. However the elements like sun, wind, rain and hail take a toll on your shingles and you may need a repair or re-roof if you see or experience any of the following:

Dark streaks
Bald spots on shingles
Shingle granules in your gutters
Missing shingles
Leaks during rain

Someone knocked on my door after a storm, why shouldn't I just use them?

They told you that your neighbor down the street just signed and you FOR SURE have damage and they need to get up there quickly to assess the damage....sound about right? While there's a chance that they may be 100% trustworthy, the fact is that when a hail storm hits our city gets flooded with "storm chasers" who come in, do quick work and move on to the next storm in another city. They leave customers high and dry when it comes to needing repairs or any follow up after the job. They aren't local businesses, may not have any experience and are chasing storms and your money.

It's important to hire a LOCAL, BONDED and INSURED company who will be there when the storm is over to guarantee their work and take care of you and your investment.
